I am proud to say that my team and I are the #1 team in units and in volume at Keller Williams Realty in Little Rock and top 10 in our MLS. 9x BOLD Graduate and will continue to enroll in BOLD every year it comes to our State.
Kerry has been a realtor in Central Arkansas for over 25 years. After surviving the toughest years in the business from 2006-2008, Kerry has come out on top. She is an owner in our Market Center and has served on the ALC for the majority of her time at Keller Williams Realty.
The reason we are in the top tier of Realtors in Central Arkansas is because we enjoy helping families through such an important process in their lives. Our dedication to our clients shows through our repeat business and allowed us to sell over $230 million in volume in 2019 and again in 2020 closing over 157 transactions for $41 million. This year, our team is on track and our goal is to close 248 transactions and over $68 million in volume.
In order to provide better service to our clients, Kerry formed a team with a full-time Director of Operations, Listing Specialist, three Buyers Specialists, Jr Associate/ ISA, Listing Manager, Transaction Coordinator and Kerry, also a listing specialist and team leader. In addition to her team, Kerry has formed many relationships with lenders, insurance agents, contractors, painters, plumbers etc., who can help through the home-buying and selling process.
